CUSTOMISED TRAINING DAYS
Geoplan understands that standard or classroom training may not suit all clients and where this is the case, we can offer customised training days.
Customised Training
These days can either be taken at Geoplan in Harrogate, with a maximum of six delegates, or at your premises. The main advantage over standard classroom training is that the training will be tailored to the specific requirements of your organisation and will usually include working examples utilising your own data. The agenda for each customised training day will be pre-defined with a contact at the client company and the Geoplan Training Co-ordinator to ensure the most efficient use of development time.
We will:
- Understand your objectives.
- Evaluate/ cleanse client data.
- Add new external data.
- Understand your work flow.
- Match training to workflow objectives.
- Create templates and customisation where possible.
- Document approach.
- Train and shadow on-site in real life situations to ensure sound delivery, confidence and understanding.
- Bespoke support.
