Installation and setup
We provide a full on-site installation service, including configuration of templates and testing to ensure that your solution performs efficiently from day one.

Training and support
Our professional training services will focus on your tasks and users, ensuring successful results in the shortest time. That said, we won't leave you on your own. We'll work alongside you for as long as it takes for you to feel comfortable.

We'll also provide documentation specific to your solution in as much or as little detail as you want. Thereafter you will be supported by the same Geoplan team members to make sure you can always obtain those essential business answers.

A large animal welfare charity approached us to help them reorganise their door-to-door collection activity. Not only was this needed in a short timeframe but the team also had little experience in territory reorganisation and faced a range of potential objections and resistance from the field.

Once we understood the problem we set out by running some typical realignments and displaying these via large poster size maps. This allowed our client to see some expected improvements, illustrate it to his team and give us a platform for refinement of the process.

We selected the appropriate software and datasets, and added-in client data and rules. We recommended however, that initially we became the user of the system. Having established the required process, and with our expertise at the helm, our client spent a day with a regional sales team. We discussed, re-aligned territories, demonstrated savings, and even got agreement to the changes from the field sales team.

Following this, we trained the client to do the job themselves, sitting alongside them at the next regional session for reassurance. A few weeks down the line our client couldn't be happier - their solution works, they understand, we understand - and it's producing real results that people believe in.
