Nationwide, next-day delivery transportation, distribution and warehousing company operating a six-depot network.
THE PROBLEM...
Although alternative software was in use, it was very volatile and not userfriendly. This caused frustration for the operator and problems across the company's PC network. Only one user was capable of creating maps and training was unavailable to new recruits.
THE SOLUTION...
Geoplan GeoAnalyser was tested and found to be beneficial on a number of fronts - ease of use being of paramount importance, but also ease of training users and the variety of information which could be mapped.

By far, the most noticeable and important benefit was the speed with which the maps could be produced. Almost all the maps required were based on territories and the ease with which amendments could be made gave the client the ability to alter and re-issue maps quickly and efficiently.
